House with 650 sq ft and patio to yourself. The loft, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile and woodwork throughout, is settled behind the main house, and includes a comfortable king bed, modern decor, fold down couch, well functioning kitchen, and access to hot tub. Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. There is not direct access to the lake but can enter through owner's yard. This lake area is for mainly non-motored boats such as sail boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. We are 8miles from Portland International Airport, close to downtown shops, pubs, parks, and the waterfront. Our neighborhood is quiet & Burnt Bridge trail is close.

Welcome to Salmon Creek Studio - where comfort, privacy, and location make all the difference! We are just 25 min. to PDX Airport and downtown Portland, 5 min. to many restaurants, breweries, grocery, and shops. Also, we are just one block away from the entrance to Salmon Creek Trail; a popular 7-mile round-trip paved pathway. Our studio apartment is located above a detached garage with a separate entrance. and is in a small neighborhood on a dead-end street - very private and quiet!
