Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.

Happy Mermaid is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage that is part of a small neighborhood of only 75 cottage style homes called Old Florida Village, on the north side of 30A. A community pool just a few steps down a private drive makes keeping tabs on those loved ones especially convenient and be My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

The Mabel Haardt Cottage, designed by Seaside founder and architect Robert Davis, boasts a chefs kitchen, wraparound porch, loft and immediate proximity to the beach! The cottage is located only 60 feet away from the beach and 3 blocks away from the center of town! A one bedroom guest house is available as well if more space is needed.
