Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, then wake up and enjoy coffee from the quaint balcony or comfy breakfast nook with a view of the Necanicum River and distant hills to the east of town. Then walk to the water in less than 10 minutes. This condo has a well-appointed kitchen, leather couches, a widescreen TV with cable and DVD in the living room, and another TV with Netflix and DVD in the bedroom. No pets allowed!

We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

Bright, clean, cozy 1-bedroom cottage literally steps from one of the nicest beaches on the Oregon coast. Room for a inflatable airbed (included) for the kids if needed. Ideal for a couple or a couple with young kids. The beach features cool rock formations, a fresh water tidal creek that is shallow and ideal for kids to play in, a long gentle surf break. It's just a perfect family beach for kite flying, swimming, and camp fires at night! This is a no pet unit. Units 2, 4, and 6 allow pets.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. My second floor, pet-friendly studio is located in a small (15-unit) property at the quiet, north end of Seaside's famous Promenade, 'the Prom'. A short 15-min stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants! There's a peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed for $50. Pets may not be left unattended in the unit... or in your vehicle, ty!

Full kitchen with utensils and cookware. Spacious bathroom, soft linens. In response to a guest that said the bed needed some “fluff”, we now have a new comfy, foam-top mattress in the master. This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.
