Love Asian Fusion? Owned by the son of famous restaurant Benihana magnates Yonosuke and Katsu Aoki, Doraku (Road to Happiness in Japanese) is easily the best sushi experience in Waikiki. Located above Kate Spade on Kalakaua in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, they have traditional to fusion rolls. Ask for the off-menu 'Waikiki Roll' for a tasty delight to commemorate your stay. Japanese Beer and Whiskey on the menu, you won't be disappointed.

Order the hamachi carpaccio , emperor roll, doraku roll and miso butterfish. This is my favorite sushi place in Waikiki.

If you like sushi, this is the place to go. Trust me. Happy Hour is from 4-6 P.M. It is located on Kalakaua Avenue.
