Huge Favorite! Beautiful nature area with great trails. Kids only are allowed to fish the lake: which is a hidden gem of pan fish and bass.

This beautiful parcel has 150 acres of steep hardwood forested bluffs that drain into Torch Lake and open meadows that surround Lake Maplehurst, a 60-acre spring-fed gem. Its position on high ground means visitors have excellent views of Torch Lake, Elk Lake and Grand Traverse Bay.

Our favorite close by hiking spot, has 5 miles of trails ranging from a 1 mile loop to 5 miles. Also has a beautiful view of Lake Maplehurst.
