Our local butcher. If you are planning to cook up something delicious. this is the place to get it. You can also order sandwiches to go and take them to the Beer Shop (that's what we do!)

The integrated bacon burger made the Chicago Tribune's top-25 burger list in Feb 2019, and Carnivore made Chicago Magazine's list of the 30 top Chicago-area restaurants in Mar 2019. They'll take unusual requests, too. I heard a woman asking for pig eyeballs one day. No problem!
