One of the newest restaurants in Nashville, The Optimist is amazing from start to finish. They have a great wine list and a variety of fun cocktails. The food is spectacular in both flavor and plating.

When you think Nashville you do not think seafood... but maybe you should. This place is located on the river and the food has never disappointed! You need a reservation!

If you are a seafood lover like myself, the Optimist is a place to add to your list. While there, go to the outside bar and get some frozen drinks. Every meal is better with a frozen drink in hand
