This is an historic outdoor park downtown by the river. There are many events through the summer here. Downtown is small and you can walk to all kinds of shops.

Downtown Fairbanks! Besides this great statue, there’s a mushing museum as well. It’s also the start or finish of the Yukon Quest, a winter dog mushing race.
