This charming park happens to be home to the oldest and tallest tree in all of New York City, nicknamed “the Queens Giant.” The 133.8-foot tulip poplar tree is between 350 and 450 years old and a gift from the Dutch West India Company to the first settlers of Manhattan.
Alley Pond Park is the second-largest public park in Queens, New York, occupying 655 acres. Inclusive of tennis courts, an adventure park, bike trails and more.
