Take a ferry to Egmont Key. Walk on the hiking trails and beautiful beaches. Tour the lighthouse and learn the history of the Spanish American War and the ruins of Fort Dade.

You get to take a ferry and its a really beautiful, cool, and quiet place. Leave the SPB and Clearwater crowds behind.
