This restaurant is a favourite of locals too and i would recomend you to use their terrace which is located on the "Explanada" called Terraza del Gourmet.

A must place!. High-quality tapas bar-resto on Calle San Fernando hidden between the Explanada and the Ayuntamiento-City Hall. Fabulous tapas, daily menus during the week, good hang out and ambience. Run by Chef Maria Jose San Roman's daughter.
