Favorite monument overlooked by many...also hit up MLK and Thomas Jefferson on tidal basin.

The FDR Memorial is our favorite monument. It is human scaled, accessible, and even educational. Water features and climbing areas make it kid friendly. The Tidal Basin area is a good destination.
