This walk-up window in Siesta Key Village offers pure, doughy bliss: as perfectly formed mini-doughnuts roll off an assembly line into a fryer, a doughnut attendant scoops them out of the piping-hot oil and coats them in the topping of your choice. The light, almost beignet-like little treats are totally addictive. Best bet: the strawberry cheesecake, featuring cream cheese frosting topped with strawberry jam.
