A restaurant and bar on the top floor of one of the tallest buildings of the city, has a great view over the city. But be aware it is also a very expensive place.

Greatest view over the city, 360º panoramic view, 1 floor for the bar and 1 floor for the restaurant, not exactly cheap.

17 is the floor number of the Dom Henrique hotel where you have a 360 degrees view over Porto. A drink on the bar terrace hanging 120 meters over the ground terrace and enjoy the uninterrupted view

Ok, not a local "bar" but it's nearby. ...and it's got a great view
