The rise in health conscious customers has forced the industry players to be innovate and competitive. One of the items propelled by such change is Sushi Burrito; ginormous mix of meat/ fish, crunchy veggies wrapped with Seaweed. The idea of turning the Mexican delight into Sushi form may be somewhat repulsive but the outcome is exciting.
