Upscale dining from well accomplished chefs. If the weather permits, arrive before your reservation and enjoy the evening air by sitting outside for drinks before your meal. Very cool ambiance. It is an old insane asylum that only has one entrance to the courtyard and restaurant, and the outdoor space is a hidden gem in DC.
