INASANOHAMA is 15mins walk from Izumo Great Shrine. In Japan, October is called Kaminazuki(神無月), which means the month the gods are absence. However it is called Kamiarizuki(神有月) in Shimane prefecture which means the month with gods. This is because gods from all over the country gather in Shimane in October. Inasa beach(INASANOHAMA: 稲佐の浜) is said to be the power spot where Gods landed. The torii on the rock is also mysterious. 稲佐の浜は出雲大社から徒歩15分ほどのところにあります。通常10月は神無月と言われますが、ここ島根では神在月と言われるそうです。これは、全国の神様が島根に集まる時期だからとのこと。そして、神様が上陸するのが稲佐の浜と言われています。岩の上にある鳥居もなんとも神秘的ですよね。出雲大社に行かれた際は是非立ち寄ってみてください。
