One of our best beaches on the island. I recommend parking in Maspalomas (outside or in one of the indoor parking lots), then walking down. Visit the lighthouse, walk by the "charca" and get lost in the dunes.

The Maspalomas Lighthouse ( Faro de Maspalomas) is an active 19th century lighthouse at the southern end of Gran Canaria. It lies at the end of the Maspalomas beach, 4 kilometres south of the town centre, right next to the area known as the Maspalomas Dunes.
