Very good for surfing and the world class view of Table Mountain

Blouberg Beach, with its long promenade is great for an early morning run or a leisurely walk. Grab a coffee from Bootleggers and enjoy the kilometres of white sandy beach. Not really a beach for swimming, but great for all types of surfing.

Home of the International Red bull King of the Air Kite Surfing Tournament, Blouberg Beach is famous for great surf and wind conditions to help you have a memorable surfing and wind surfing experience. Also great for a full picturesque View of the World's natural Wonder Table Mountain. get great family or individual pictures of this world wonder as your back drop the beach is also a clean popular Beach with clean near-white sand. With great restaurants and bars nearby you can surf, or take a stroll on the beach and relax later in a bar or restaurant with some a great views of the ocean and mountain. one of my favourite things to do especially in summer is to take pictures of the magnificent Sunsets that this beach offers as the sun sets in the back of Table mountain

Exfoliate your feet as you dig your toes into the white washed sand of Bloubergstrand (Blue Mountain Beach). Look out across the sweeping blue Atlantic Ocean as cobalt currents carry your gaze toward Robben Island. Cast your line of sight across Table Bay to Table Mountain raising your hand to trace the iconic shape that symbolises all that is Cape Town. This linear beach stretch has monumental views of the Mother City's rock face and as a result is not shielded by this mountain range from the wind which blows in kite-surfers and wind-surfers with gusts. Kids delight as their coloured kite sails take to flight on the end of strings.
