You can not find another comparable selection of videos anywhere...PERIOD! Dave, the owner, is great: very laid back and cool. He's nice, very helpful (especially with kids), and best of all he knows his movies. Be prepared to LOVE the selection! Imagine the Netflix streaming selection on it's best day with new releases, classics as well as popular TV shows. Many regular renters at Sea Ranch make a tradition of coming back to Gualala Video on every visit just to watch old movies that you will never find anywhere else. Looking just for classic and foreign films? They have a huge selection. The store is organized according to awards won, actor/actress, director, country of origin... almost like a treasure hunt every time you go to rent a movie. Looking for an obscure movie you haven't been able to find elsewhere? Ask here -- they have everything under the sun!!!

There is a distinct charm in exploring a video store and picking a collection of movies to enjoy with friends and family. While Sea Ranch is now equipped with high speed internet to enjoy movies on video streaming services, there is a certain joy in finding a cult classic or an old favorite at this store.
