The B1 (yellow double decker bus) stops between Mona Vale and the Sydney CBD and runs every 4 minutes during peak hours and regularly at other times. You can park your car in one of the carparks located near the B-Line bus stops. The closest to Allambie Heights is the Warringah Mall stop. 142 Bus runs along Allambie Road to Manly regularly. E66 Bus goes into the Sydney CBD from Allambie Road.
