9 mins away - When the weather is cool, the manatees head for warmer waters. We took our maiden voyage on our first Christmas Eve after moving to Florida and hung out at "Hospital Hole" peacefully watching a mama-tee & her two babies. It was amazing! You can rent kayaks or bring your own!

if you feel like getting up early one morning and you have time while you're on your trip this is a must-see kayaking on a freshwater spring the water stays cool 60 to 70°, all year round see plenty of fresh water fish manatees turtles and birds awesome adventure and it's only about 45 minutes away from the home
