Fairhaven was a settlement in Washington state founded in 1883 by Dan Harris. In 1903, it became part of the city of Bellingham.

Located on the south end of Bellingham, the Historic Fairhaven Village provides a fun day trip filled with great restaurants, boutique shopping and art galleries. Some favorite stops include the Colophon Cafe, Village Books, the Whatcom Art Market, and Stones Throw Brewery.
