Victory Outreach started in Los Angeles in the USA in the 1960's, by Sonny Arguinzoni, who was discipled by the main character of the movie, the Cross & the Switchblade, Nicky Cruz. The church has a free 9-month transformation home for drug addicts, prostitutes and gang members.
