Piscolabis Food Truck is our favorite food truck in Dorado. Their Ceviche con Parcha (Passion Fruit) and Chips de Bacalaito is to die for, their desserts are delicious, and their creative take on classic Puerto Rican dishes and ingredients is inspiring. Aside from their menu, they also offer daily specials. Outdoor seating and parking is available, but you can also call 10-15 minutes before arrival to order take out. Piscolabis Food Truck is located across the street from the Burger King at Doramar Plaza. Coming from Dorado del Mar, take the 693 towards the 22.
