At our sushi bar chef Eiji Ichimura serves traditional edo-mae sushi in an intimate setting. Initially trained in Tokyo Chef Ichimura has been honing his craft in New York City for over thirty years.

Sushi that's done right. Expensive but totally worth it. Ever see Jiro loves sushi? This is as close as it gets.
