The Ericson House is within walking distance to this park, as well as to Penn Park. There's a great new jungle gym in this park, along with a small, outdoor amphitheater for kids, and a tennis court. Growing up I went to more than one Brownie or Girl Scout ceremony inside the little cabin in this park.
