Classy BYO in the ultra foodie hip Passyunk Square area. You can't go wrong at this place and the service is incredibly friendly. Budget $40-60 per person. Others nearby: Fond, Stateside, Will

Who knew South Philly had a Dutch chef?! Great ambiance, excellent fare. Lovely views of neighborhood's Tasker fountain
