Good place for a yoga class. Okra is an established studio in the city and tends to have more spiritual options as opposed to mostly physical practices though they have some of those to choose from too.

There are a number of great yoga studios in Plaza Midwood. This is one of the two, I hear the best review for.

Fabulous Yoga, Massage, and Coffee/Tea retreat space. Warm, healing, welcoming. Variety of styles of yoga and mediation. Local kombucha and raw food baked goods. Interesting workshops.
