Along the strip of breweries on Industrial way. Great outside seating and usually there is a good truck.

I have not been here but this is one of several breweries at this location. Lots of outdoor seating.

If you're a beer drinker, these guys don't disappoint. Relatively new'ish to the Portland beer scene, but they consistently crank out solid beers. They have their own building right next to 1 Industrial Way, which means you've a multitude of world class beers to choose from when visiting the area.
