The Cotton Thief is the only place I've been in Sydney that claims to be a convict bar. Worthy visiting if you pay a visit to Hayden Cremorne and just for the curiosity of seeing it, but stick to bottled/ canned drinks.

Perfect wine bar. Take our mini chess board over there and play a game while having their amazing mulled wine (winter) or mojito (summer)
