Une cuisine boréale savoureuse, typiquement québécoise et follement créative. Prix raisonnables (surtout pour le brunch!) et réputation locale enviable. // ENGLISH: A tasty, typically québécoise, creative cuisine. Prices are reasonable (especially for brunchs!) and the local reputation make many other restauration envious.

My favorite restaurant! It offer a Nordic menu inspired by products from our terroir to a larger public, that is adapted to the different seasons. Moreover, a menu that is healthy, simple and delicious where sous-vide cooking and food presentations in cocottes are prized.
