Sit at the bar and tell Sean to "Go Nuts." Make sure he is working by calling first. We generally tell him to "bring it" until we say stop. Tell him to experiment. He has a special kit of ingredients he will use when encouraged. I can't stress this experience enough- call and ask for Sean. Tell him you want to "go bananas."
