G. Detou

A heavenly but tiny shop stocked floor to ceiling with cooking and baking ingredients and accessories. I go mostly for the pastry goods. They have so many unusual choices like almond paste, edible glitter, orange flower. I also go when I prepare terrines and rillettes. Their condiments, like an incredible range of mustards, is worth a visit of its own. This shop is a go-to for professional cooks, but don’t let that intimidate you. They’re also friendly to amateurs and food enthusiasts.
