Energy and technology museum is really worth visiting due its unique urban atmosphere! It is established in the premises of first Vilnius power plant that was operating for about a century starting 1903.

Start from old-fashion cars (European), american and soviet), then go through a REAL electricity station to funny devices shoving as physics laws works. Small budgets - but excellent execution.
