There is a charge to enter the museum, but it's worth the cost. If you don't need the extra fuss, just wander around and check out the cool exteriors of a few Earthship structures.

Self-sustaining off-grid homes. They started right here in Taos and while you can’t go into a real home, you can learn how they’re made. Very fascinating!
