This top end shop is at the end of Sea Point and very easily accessible, but a car/uber is recommended if you buy a lot of groceries. Fantastic fresh fruit and veg.

Supermarket with wide variety to choice. Also other stores are in the same complex such as the Wellnessware house (Health store) and a Woolworth (South African High end supermarket).

Locally sourced goods - voted best SPAR in South Africa. Go for the Camphill yoghurt (its without preservatives), the Labhneh by Aragon (divine) and the organic salads....
