This is pretty famous in Charlotte and has been around for decades. It is carry-out and cash only. You must like everything fried. It's not my personal favorite, but everyone else loves the fried chicken (I prefer the fried chicken at the Midnight Diner, which I also recommended).

This longstanding and beloved, unassuming hotspot for fried chicken has been operating for 55 years and counting. Don’t forget about the slaw and hush puppies on the side. Pro tip: This spot is cash only, so come prepared.
