Great for a rainy day. The only museum in the UK outside of London with an Ancient Egyptian Mummy!

Royal Cornwall Museum is in Truro, its free for Under 18's and £5 for adults. if you are staying for a few days and visit Truro, it's a reasonably price activity for families with children.
