Located on Otsego Street in Red Hook. This farmhouse distillery uses nothing but organic wheat, rye, and corn from a farm near Ithaca, NY. Try their whiskey, rum, and grappa in a cocktail or straight up in a tasting flight at their tasting room or dock bar and patio.
