Raw Bar & Shellfish Market that has hand-picked selection of Maine's best oysters before they fan out to the best chefs across the country. Take them home or throw a dozen back on site alongside a cold glass of wine or beer, meticulously sourced caviar, and tinned fish/ conservas from Spain.
