1 1/2 hour away, we love the guided adventure white water rafting. The river had amazing rapids and kids get to sit in the front. There was also a part of the river that we were allowed to swim in. Another fun thing about this is that a part of the river was featured in a movie.

This mild rafting trip down the Bow River is a great couple hour activity that takes you through the majestic Rockies with a raft guide to give you some history as well.
