The offer is a nice large room in my apartment for your stay. The room features a queen size bed, free Netflix and a wardrobe. The apartment is on the ground floor of our beautiful brownstone in the Mount Hope Section in the Bronx. Kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared with me and my husband.

The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.
