This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. Escape to the mountains and unwind in this private, cozy guest suite located beneath our main home with a separate entrance. We are located in Groveland, CA just about a 10 minute drive to restaurants and a grocery store. The home is about a 45-50 minute drive to the west Yosemite gate entrance. The one bedroom guest suite has a queen bed, small bathroom, coffee nook, microwave, and mini fridge. This guest suite is perfect for couples or solo travelers

Our place is conveniently located between Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly ski areas with access for hiking and bike paths. 5-10 min. to lakes, restaurants, beaches, casinos and shopping. This detached unit is tastefully decorated and includes microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Direct TV and WIFI surrounded by peaceful gardens. There are 8 steps down to the unit.
