We also offer laundry facilities on the property. Private access and you will be provided with your own unique access code for your stay. Balcone is fully self contained.

There is a double lockup garage and carport for a trailer or boat. A covered entertainment with barbecue facilities provides a place to unwind after a busy day.

Experience the Southern Downs region in a 1940's character cottage within 10 minutes walk of the city centre, parks, Showgrounds, and is close to the Condamine River walks. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the light filled living spaces and the location of the cottage. The back deck overlooks a private garden and offers a relaxing place to enjoy your stay. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Sunroom has 2 single beds.

This spacious 5 bedroom 2 bathroom property has ducted air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 4 bedrooms have queen beds with a king bed in the spacious master suite. It is ideally situated on the side of a hill to allow for beautiful panoramic views. It sits on a fully fenced 5 acre block. We have recently moved to the block & living in the top shed. We both will use the same gate but this is all you will see of us. Your privacy will be respected but here if you need us.

Set on an acreage on the edge of Warwick with bushland setting. Single carport with plenty of space in our yard for a caravan, trailer or truck. Unfenced, so no pets, sorry. Light breakfast included. We can cater for two, having a queen bed.

Please be mindful before you book that if it rains road will be closed and 4wd will be needed to gain access if conditions allow via different directions. Remote and 15 metres off world heritage listed rainforest.
