My place is conveniently located in Washington Heights area of New York City. Located two blocks from the 1 (157 St) and C trains (155 St). You have access to local coffee shops, supermarkets and a few bars. My apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It's in the back of the building, so it's very quiet. There’s a laundromat in the basement. 10-15 minute walk to Yankee Stadium. Only three house rules: 1. No shoes in the apartment 2. No eating in the room 3. Make yourself at home

Located uptown in the historical Washington Heights neighborhood, my sprawling three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located twenty minutes away from Midtown and Times Square. When you enter my home you will soon feel the world of convenience at your fingertips. My place is perfect for couples, friends, solo adventurers, LGBTQ friendly, or business travelers.

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

The space is traditional & quiet with transportation, entertainment, restaurants, groceries, & laundry very nearby. You'll love this space because you'll be living like a local! It's a quick 15-20 minute train ride to Central Park & 20-30 minutes to Times Square! This space is perfect for business or vacation travelers who want a cozy, fun spot while in NYC. A and 1 train stations and bus stop just a few steps away. around the building you can find different restaurants, bars, night clubs, parks, parking garage, The Hudson River, museums, pharmacies, and supermarkets open 24 hours. Our place has two rooms with a king size beds in each room, a full bathrooms and a kitchen fully equipped with a dinner table and 4 chairs.
