This is all one area with a private bathroom. Bathroom has full size shower, kitchen area a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. Tea, coffee, water provided. BBQ on the front porch. Woodland trails, wildlife and privacy. No smoking or vaping in the cabin. Perfect for retreats or just being able to relax and breathe

In between Lake Ontario, Lake Oneida n the Salmon River,5 minutes from 81 in Parish NY,very quiet backroad,.i try my best to make the cabin as homey as possible and keep everything stocked so you dont need much but if you ever need me imatext away and things will be taken care of immedietly.Thank you for looking and i hope youll give My lil cabin a chance❤Sometimes check in times change, to clean from last guest!Also only shower in warm months as its outside,accomadationssometimesfor longerstays

Un apartamento tipo estudio de concepto abierto, lo que significa que no tiene divisiones interiores ni puertas que separen las distintas áreas. El espacio es continuo, integrando la zona de dormitorio, sala y cocina en un mismo ambiente amplio y funcional. El baño mantiene cierta privacidad en las áreas de la ducha y el inodoro, gracias a su diseño y distribución, pero no cuenta con una puerta de acceso, manteniendo la estética abierta y moderna del conjunto. espacioso para dos huéspedes.

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Take it easy in this quaint home built in the late 1800's. Enjoy a peaceful stay with a spacious yard for year around outdoor activities. Relax by the fire pit or take a short stroll through the wooded trail and experience the local wildlife. Local Attractions: *6 miles from NYS DEC fishing Access Site on Oneida Lake *30 minute's East to Sylvan Beach *30 minutes NW to Lake Ontario (Mexico Point) and 37 Minutes north to Salmon River Falls *25 minutes South to Syracuse.
