This is a near new, spacious, self contained and comfortable ground floor apartment. It is 5 min drive from the Airport and City centre, bus stop 50 m walk. Easy walk to parks, Botanic Gardens, Centenary Lakes, rainforest walks,"Tanks" art centre, restaurants, cafes and very close to the trendy Edge Hill Village and Supermarkets.
