This building was originally used to house the telephone switchboard operator for our small town near the turn of the century. It has been restored with all the charm of it's sister property right around the corner, Wildwood Hotel. It has a separate full bathroom but all the sleeping is done in one common space. There is a king bed and a set of bunk beds making the total 3 beds with fast fiber internet throughout. Private back patio with lots of seating options with a fire pit and several tables

Tiny House Farm Stay

Cozy, rustic, well-outfitted 2-story tiny home on a 3-acre family farm with a blacksmith shop. The fenced property is surrounded by trees and includes open fields with a vineyard, orchard, outbuildings, and gardens. It is four blocks from the main street in Falls City, and a river and waterfall are within walking distance. The hosts and their two children live 150’ from the tiny house. Come relax in our renovated 1930s cottage. Located in a quiet neighborhood of Willamina, a small town in the Willamette Valley. Centrally located for visiting the coast and wine country. Only 10 minutes from Spirit Mountain Casino, 25 minutes from McMinnville with lots of restaurants to choose from, 35 minutes from Carlton with more great restaurants and wineries and 40 min in the other direction from the Oregon coast.

Welcome to the private main level of my home! The connected living room, dining area, and kitchen create a cohesive space for family, friends, or colleagues. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, and there are two dedicated workspaces for remote work. I live on the lower level with a private entrance, but you'll hardly notice me or my dog downstairs.
