Amazing Combo units allow you to two independent rentals, one studio cottage with full bath, kitchen and bed and the second private suite with 3 bedrooms and a bath and a eat-in-kitchen. Both the units are 15ft. apart and in separate dwelling units allowing our guests to have extra space with a larger group and also some privacy. Guests also have a private fully fenced backyard that is not shared with anyone. 5 mins to Whole Foods, 10 mins to Costco, Shopping, 25 mins to downtown Seattle

There is a professional aerial silks and Lyra ring to play on, trampoline, tree swing, fire pit, outdoor tables and lounge chairs. 15 miles to downtown Seattle and only 10 min to 2 lakes and we are right by the new light rail. Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics).
